Staging:
A platform stage is always preferable for a group of 50 or more.
The minimum empty, available space required (no lecterns, tables, etc.) is 8 feet
deep by 12 feet wide.
The height of the stage is dictated by the size of the audience. I
recommend one foot of height for every 100 audience
members. A stair unit placed at the front of the stage is required for
stages higher than 1 foot.
The stage should be placed so that I have my back to a wall.
If this is not
possible, Pipe & Drape must be placed behind the stage. (see diagram
below)
The
room should be arranged so no one is seated directly
to the right or left of the stage.

Sound:
A sound system is required for groups larger than 75.
This should be a system with a mixer and equalization, and one that has an available
input (XLR or 1/4 in.) for my wireless headset system.

If the available system is not of good quality, or there is no system
available, I can provide my own professional system. Please inquire
about additional fee. |
